A free program for Android, by Android Does Team.The Apex Launcher Pro extension Apex Notifier will alert you to any new notifications in the primary Apex Launcher app. In Apex Settings > Notification Badge, you can activate it. Missed calls, unread SMS, calendar appointments, Gmail, HTC Mail, Samsung Email, K-9/Kaiten Mail, battery level, and stock email are all supported by the Notifier app. Additionally supported are Google Voice, WhatsApp, and Google Hangouts. In using this app, you must remember that conversations are not displayed when using the Apex Notifier app to view unread SMS messages. Additionally, you might need to re-install Apex Notifier in order to give it the right rights if you upgrade Gmail or install K-9/Kaiten Mail after you first installed it. Finally, you must install the Apex Launcher first for this app to function properly.
